Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Support Specialist to support supplier outreach and documentation coordination for our client located in Haverhill, MA. This role focuses on contacting vendors, collecting compliance and material documentation, and maintaining accurate records to support quality and operational needs within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Location: Haverhill, MA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Assignment Length: Temporary, 3-6 months

Pay rate range: $18-$21/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact suppliers via phone and email to obtain required documentation, including material certifications and compliance records
  • Track requests, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely receipt of information
  • Maintain organized digital records using internal databases and shared systems
  • Log activity and progress using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Conduct online research to locate supplier contact details and missing documentation
  • Update supplier data and assist with report preparation for internal teams
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable conducting internet research and managing digital files
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and meet deadlines independently
  • Tech-savvy and confident working with computer-based systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative or documentation experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with supplier documentation such as material certifications or compliance records
  • Experience working with ERP or quality management systems

Additional Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be local to Haverhill, MA
  • Background check and drug screening required prior to assignment
